4. Service Charges and Payments

All charges are discussed prior to service. Customers agree to pay the amount quoted for the service or repair, including the cost of parts (if required). Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or other accepted methods after service completion.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment up to 2 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a nominal service charge to cover technician dispatch.

6. Warranty and Liability

We offer a limited warranty (typically 30 to 90 days) on repairs and replaced parts, which will be communicated at the time of service. We are not liable for issues caused by user negligence, unauthorized repairs, or mishandling after our service.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that a safe and accessible work environment is provided. Children and pets should be kept at a safe distance during service visits. Any pre-existing appliance damage must be disclosed before service begins.
